Looking for a new combo on 08/29/2010 06:29 PM CDT

Looking for a Combo that can take advantage of my LE Leaf-blade sword.... It's a stabber, and slicer...

Anyone have any for this type?

Player of Aspasia Darkbrook, Defender of the Faith, Paladin of Ilithi.

The dual purpose weapons (like the jambiya), I find just using the slice combo works better. The jabber combo is a lot more punishing to defense and fatigue.

You might try an iltesh combo (for slicing and stabbing): feint, draw, sweep, slice, chop, lunge, thrust, jab

As Samsaren mentioned, keep in mind that the thrusting moves are often physically draining and detrimental to defense.

Keep in mind it is always best to add a parry or dodge at the end of combat with a jabber.

I've had more than one trip to the empath caused by having my last maneuver be "lunge" and switching to ranged....
