It seems this only works for a short time. By the time Lennon and I found out about a theft and ran to chase someone down, we both perceived and didn't sense anything. I asked the character what he did with it and he even pulled it out, waved it and ran off.

This was just two hours after the theft, we promptly tracked the person down when we found out.

It would be great if this ability were to have its useful time extended.

By theft, it should be stated that she means murdered and then graverobbed.

As it stands, this seems like a completely useless ability.

Riveted to the metal is a small copper plaque depicting a shield crossed with a longsword overlaying a field of thirteen stars. Encircling the design are the words, "Many Faces - One God."

Does Sacred Insight show you if someone's pickpocketed a PC recently, or shoplifted? It would be cool if it was also expanded to do that.

More options and info is betterer.

Currently, sacred insight only works with grave goods.

I agree that other forms of theft would be good additions.

Does Sacred Insight last as long as the graverobbing flag is active?

Wondering if the issue is the timer being too short as opposed to SI itself acting wonky.

Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.

Another minor suggestion for expansion: Allow a Paladin to attune somehow to the victim of a theft or loss, and thereafter be able to instantly locate (with a short timer) where any recently lost item of theirs currently is, or who has it.

I think it's this. In any case, I've had the same experience as Divy and Lennon where Sacred Insight didn't work on a known grave robber.

Sacred Insight is one of those abilities where you're excited to get the quest for it; then you're excited to do the quest to get your cool new ability; then you get it and wonder why you were excited. That's why I really like the ideas in... I think it was Isharon's thread, to expand on or enhance Sacred Insight's (Paladin power perception) features. Thayet's theft ideas are good, too.
