I agree with some of the elder paladins that have posted here that praising "elder" Paladins isn't necessary in any way, shape or form. Those individuals do what they do because it is "who" they are and they already know that it is "right" for them. They also know they are well known simply by the way people react to them, IG and on the boards.
That being said, I think it is a wonderful idea for elder Paladins to give praise to younger paladins as a form of encouragement. It certainly can't hurt and may go a long way towards helping them develop their characters in a paladinly manner and perhaps even aide them in RP'ing better. (heck, I could get a LOT better in the RP department myself ::sighs::)
Now, I don't carry the same weight/stature/aura as Lennon, Clyn, Ells, Ambere, Ciroce, etc (put your name here if you feel left out <g>). However, I am going to make it a point to be watching for younger guildmates who do things I think are praiseworthy and will do my best to post a small word of encouragment or a hearty "well done!" here for them.
I know it won't mean as much coming from me as it would from some of the more famous members of the guild, but maybe, just maybe, I can "make" someone's day. Then, maybe some of the rest of you can do the same?
