I don't think he reads these boards, but want to post anyway...
I want to congradulate Ellsrick on his performance in the latest jousting tournament. Of all the jousters I've ever seen before in my life, Ellsrick has impressed me the most. Ellsrick, to me, is more impressive than Lennon or Beliel.
Ellsrick has literally done the impossible. I'm not sure how much bigger than me he is, but he's accomplished a feat that no one within 10 circles of me should be able to accomplish. Is he about to circle out of my division?
Regardless, although his win was probably due to a streak of good luck on his part, and bad luck on mine, it was a win fair and square. Ellsrick, you have proven a worthy opponent. But I shall surely defeat you, next time! That is, unless you keep circling... as I can't train right now.

You probably don't remember, but you're the one that got me interested in jousting. Over two years ago I asked you to show me how to joust and you took me out and unhorsed me repeatedly. I didn't like the taste of dirt and decided to train halberd harder.

So is halberd your main weapon now? It would almost have to be for you to do so well..
Beleive it or not, I'm very proud of you... I just feel sorta humbled now...
It's a weird feelin really.. it's almost like a knight being beaten by his squire, in some aspects. Wasn't quite the knight-squire relationship, but was similar in some aspects... of all the people I've taught how to joust, you've accomplished the most... and I'm proud of you for that... but you also made me feel like I'm growing weak.. go figure, huh?

My main weapon has changed several times. I train HE, THE, HB, LXB, and halberd about the same, it all depends on what I'm hunting. I'm currently training some of the lowers ones that I have neglected.

Not at all. You have a very good reason for not training lately.
Prior to the Paladin Day's event, I was hoping you had circled to the next bracket. Once I saw you hadn't, my goal was to stay on my horse, and you defeated me 5-0 in two passes.
Prior to the event last Friday night, I again had hoped you had circled on. When I saw you in my division, my goal this time was to score at least one point. The outcome took me by complete surprise.
When are you expected back in the states?
