I've been away for a little bit and not heard much on what's up with this years jousting season. Am I right in thinking there's still one qualifying round left? I hope to come and attempt to qualify if so, any info would be appreciated.

As far as I know:
The first round was held in the crossing during February.
The second round was held in Shard during March.
I saw no announcement for April (Probably due to the war)
The next round (probably third, possibly fourth) was announced to be held in Ratha during May, though I don't know if it was cancelled or not.
So . . .
I'm assuming there is one round left to be held in Theren sometime during June.
Hope that helps, and hopefully someone that knows for sure can post something about it for I am curious as well.
