I remember hearing something about Paladins having a recall ability once they had certain stats and scholarship. Is this live, and has it been implemented? Is there a quest that must be done for it?
It's implemented, and there's no quest. My Paladin got it when he brought intel and wisdom to 15 and his scholarship was around 50 (a little below IIRC).
