Hello, if anyone cares I'm fufilling the first part of the American Dream, buy purchasing my first brand spanking new home. Amazing what "first-time-home-buyers" can quallify for. I'm soon to be the proud owner of an 18,500 sq foot townhome, with three bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, a garage, a porch and a finished basment with all the amenites, not to mention a wood burning fireplace, and a quarter-acre lot. And this will run me and Greg about 145. Pretty impressive for a married couple earning around 40 a year with about 17 in debt, eh?

18500 sq feet..that has to be the biggest darn Townhouse in the World...and all for 145 a month. You can use the rest of the space as a baseball field, or a skatepark, hepp make it a trailer park, pay your own rent with all the rent gained. :)

I meant 1850 sq feet, actually I should've said 1650 sq feet. And I didn't mean 145 a month, I mean 145K total bill. :) You gave me a good laugh though.

Well, since I failed to mention it before, congrats on your new house. I too am awaiting the completeion of my home in early to Mid-August...I cant wait, Im about sick and tired of moving. It will be nice to finally have a place to call my own. Enjoy your new pad Aspasia...Brittany
