Save your money. This is the first movie I have ever watched about a cataclysmic event where nothing really happened. I kept waiting and hoping for something to happen but nothing ever did. There were events but I swear nothing really happened. Go see Shrek2 instead. Even if you have already watched it once. If I could purge this movie from my mind I would!

Day After Tomorrow was pretty bad. A better storyline would've made it a more entertaining waste of $8.00. As it stands, the story is just an excuse to showcase some flashy special effects. If you can get over the hoaky plot and the incredible scientific liberties taken by the producers (ie: a hurricane that freezes everything instantly), then you may actually enjoy it.

Shrek 2 rocked.
Troy was pretty good.
Van Helsing was okay. I didn't expect a horror movie. I did expect an action one. I was expectig Simon Belmont vs Bad Things. I got what I wanted.
Day After Tomorrow made no sense.
Godsend was moronic. It made the logic in Day After Tomorrow look perfect.

As much as I want to see Shrek 2 gonna have to pass til it comes out on video and then I might see it. I dislike Mike Myers too much to even want to hear his voice.

Godsend just doesn't look interesting enough.
So who is gonna go see Harry Pothead, er Potter next week?

Troy was great the only gripe I had about it was the Spartans looked like pansies. I understand that the army fighting the Trojans was a composite one from many city-states, but the Spartans were the premier army of the day. Where were the Spartans from Thermopolye? I sure didn't see anything like that in Troy, I saw a bunch of Argives gettin' woomped by the Trojans. Anyway, from that slight gripe, I thought the movie was great and will probably buy it when it comes to video.
