Went and saw the midnight showing of Aliens vs. Predator with some friends of mine. I'm not a terribly big fan of the whole thing, though I did rather enjoy AvP2 for the PC. The movie itself wasn't all that great, with many holes in plot, acting, and simple physics. Anyone who is a fan of the series of movies related to this one is going to catch a lot more than I did. Life span of aliens, breeding cycles, general toughness of predators, that sort of thing. My friends were not pleased, and considering the audience was mostly hardcore addicts of the series, there was a pretty negative attitude by the end of the show.

Heh. At least I enjoyed a little bit of the action (would have helped if I didn't have a migraine at the time though).
