Know what the min hinderance a pallie can get to with a wall shield and HP armor on? With say... really high ranks in armor and shield? :) Is it insig?

dont know but i expect it to be a bit higher than insig. since last i checked with my lightest armor combo with a wall shield i had insig. But when i switch to great hinderance Half plate instead of mod it was light.
