>You see a sleek silver edged butterfly sword with a hollowed blade. It is a light edged weapon.

>Look Blade

The blade is sleek and ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the palm of it's weilder. The blade is hollowed allowing for lighter weight and better balance but poorer impact. It appears that the blade can be swapped into another form with a quick practiced flick of the wrist.

>Flick my blade

You flick the blade of your butterfly sword. With a distinctive "Snick" two ends of the blade hidden in the handle fly out. Elongating the blade which can be weilded as a medium edged weapon.

>app my sword

It is a light edged type weapon.

You're confident it could do:
low puncture damage
low slice damage
poor impact damage

You wonder if the sword is fairly balanced and is poorly suited to gaining extra attack power from your strength.

It is a medium edged type weapon.

You're confident it could do:
fair puncture damage
fair slice damage
poor impact damage

You are certain that the butterfly sword is moderately strong, and is in pristine condition.

The butterfly sword is made with metal.
The butterfly sword feels light.
You are certain that the butterfly sword is worth exactly 150000 kronars.

What do you all think?

Most weapons that are poor strength are well or resonably balanced.

Pretty cool idea.

What weight? I'd think it'd have the same weight in all forms...

Glyphs, relic weapons, comemorative shields, action figures, armor polish, and butterfly swords. Geesh, they should put you on the P-team.
