Hey all, today I, Humm Breaux, got a wild hair, and renewed my sub. I might or might not play for very long, but I have missed the game.
I want to give a heads up to you all...
First, i'ts been awhile since I played and there are many things I don't really remember that are coming back slowly. If I act like a total n00b, forgive me, but I'll probably be bugging you all about spells, mana levels, wards, abilities, training, and such.
Secondly, I will RP this, and if I seem a bit weird to you for awhile, it might be because I intend to RP this in a (hopefully) fun and interesting way. I"m sure I'll get up to speed soon enough to not be a total pain in the arse to everyone.
In any case, i'm looking forward to seeing you all.

It's probably been 3 years since I played DR. I'm not even sure if anyone will remember this character.
It's scary, but after all this time, my mental map of Elanthia has not faded all that much. I can still run around just about everywhere without scripts or reading rooms descriptions. I guess this game is permanently seared into my brain.

Thanks, Madigan. Is there anything for a circle 28 pally to hunt in Theren? I still have citizenship there, and I need to get my horse out of hock in Therenborough. What will 12 in-game years of stabling fees cost me? :/
If someone could appraise my armor and tell me how good it is these days, I would appreciate it. I believe I am wearing an ancient Hartblest field plate, store-bought gauntlets and helm. I'm not sure where my weapons are from, but I think they are forged. Got a scim and a bastie.

keep the field plate, get forged accessories if ya can. hartblest stuff is still good! forged weapons are still good too, some of the older forged stuff is better than the stuff sold now.

nope, not craftable. but they are sold in the paladin shop out on ratha, in addition to the estate holder shop.

Welcome back Nikkira! Welcome back Humm! I am so glad I was left off Madigan's old list that he posted a few months back. It must be because I'm still young for an elf. Nobody could ever forget Glemm from the old days when I was in the CDL. I can't believe Mad forgot to list Erieck.....
As I said before, it is always so great when someone comes back and they still have their "old soul" behind them. (in most cases)

Just touching base and hoping to find some old fun players out there...
Basically starting from scratch again...old fun memories.
A little bit of myself, well, I used to be the ONE and ONLY orginal player of Bistro (Still have to laugh at this name, was experimental at the time of creation...was looking at a menu actually, was hungry) =P
Anyway, looking forward to running into old faces and some new faces of course.
Names that I can somewhat still recall (please forgive me if don't shout out your name, it's been years man, still iffy on names...currently still in WOW world - Eldre'Thalas Server - Paladin of course).
Redarch, Relayer (Great old bud), Daython, Blasword, Khayree, Hartblest, Michael, Chestham, Towerlocke, Clynlyn, Nightcrawler, Mordril, the fun and many faces of Gonif, Silus, Drongol (Mr. what in da Bloody hell are ya talking about..hairy armpits and all), Glemm (Man, we had great memories =P), Gadorr, Pureblade (IF anything "BROKE" in the guild, this was the culprit), Nikkira, "Mad" Madigan, Humm, Telnavare, Chasitee, Ellsdragon, Ecoles, the OLDEST wanna-be-squire IG - Lennon, Kolusius, Ciroce, Hegemonic, Tyden, Laythor, Caxz, Taghz... wow, so amazed I could still recall all of theses names. Have to stop for now.
...and of course my biggest shout out goes to TIGRON the enforcer (You never got the Ambika crossbow back from me...lol).
P.s - Anyone wishing to get in touch with me can either e-mail me or respond here for now...till I decide whether to create a IM or not...always did dislike that OOC gweth crap. But, guess you have to roll with the times.

Great to see that you are still here Aaiyaah, and will definately look you up... might take awhile..since from what I recall, the islands might be a little brutal on a new squire in training. =) And that just reminded me of the person that inspired me to be who I was back then. Portense ... Miss you old bud.
