been playing a paladin for maybe 4 months now...and made it to 49th circle. been training pretty hard, and now have the best mount ever!

I was going to say something too. Then again, I haven't circled for quite some time.

I've got a friend who started playing maybe 5 years ago or something. From circle 1 I reminded him that he could (and should) train more than just the minimum requirements to circle. Something I didn't do when younger and am paying the price for it. When I'm done, I'll be just below circle 60 and have over 8k total ranks. I wish I took a snapshot of my character when I started backtraining so I know just how stronger I am for it, not only in terms of knowing more weapons, armor etc. but all the TDP's I've gained.

I don't know many people IG and stay to myself alot (RP choice) so I don't want to say that there are a lot of circle chasers out there. But it's something to keep in mind.

I don't want to be the guy that says "back in my day" but I must of been doing my training backwards, cause it seemed like it took me forever and a day just to hit 50th, when Mriss was the "it" place to be. So, if you keep this pace up, just outta curosity like to spar you in 5 months and see what happens.

The best way to make that decision for me personally has been to look at my tertiary skills that are of importance to combat/pvp.

In pallies case perception and magics. Don't neglect mech lore. Most have very high hopes for the forging system that is a half decade in the making.

Like Jerid said, play in the manner that allows you to have fun. Looks to me that your ranks are pretty solid, so no worries.

I would toss in more armors, but meh only helps on TDPs.

Most aren't. But some are. For instance, you have to watch out for laches trying to knock your noggin with a brick.
