Seen some of you around since I've been back but I wanted to say 'hi' again to the guild. Coming back from a long vacation and looking forward to staying for awhile, look me up in Crossings or Rossman's if you need anything!

Hello everyone. I thought I could kick this old habit, but after about three years, I'm back again. I hung up Poetus's spurs for a while, though, and rolled up a new paladin. I wasn't sure how long I'd stick around, but now that Cresciendo just got to circle 12, I figure I'll be here for a while.

This is how you know it's the original clynlyn. There's a LOT you could say to determine it, but the original clynlyn was a jerk.
Oh and he also had OCD. I mean, seriously bad OCD.
In summary,
The original clynlyn's posting style made me want to kick an innocent puppy into a cold lake.
So, start proving you are a jerk and show them your OCD. It'll be fun to read. ;)

I'm back in the realms after a 6 month break or so. Anything important I should know? Going to take some time and skim the boards in the meantime. Oh, and I actually plan on hitting 100 finally, so we'll see how that goes. Looking forward to working with you all again. Alax is currently in Hib training but will be taking semi-frequent trips to Crossings.

Welcome back Alaxndr. I think DR 3.0 will be good for paladins. Here are what I would consider significant updates:
1. You should review the various proposed Magic 3.0 changes. They are significant. Paladins do not have their list yet.
2. Learning has changed since you left (I think). INT/WIS are basically the same for learning rates. There is a good post in the Experience Folders that discusses the issue.
3. There is a paladin event going on which has some various posts in the paladin event folders. The event involves Syal, Oane and potentially Beren.
4. Combat 3.0 will use stamina more and use armor as a primary defense check. Both of which are huge for our guild. We have not had an update for some time in this area, but Dart's post in combat from about 4 months ago is a good read.
