I've not read the boards for a little; but I did see where you had asked for some history on the clans and input. I was wondering if you had read what I had posted some time back and what you thought of it. Was it something like that you were looking for, or other things?

Just wondering on the status of this...mainly for the goat seller. I have been selling a lot of my items off to save up enough platinum to buy one for my Gnome Commoner.

Dart's been rather busy lately. (RL sucks sometimes)

I'm sure he'll pass along an update as soon as he's able.

Now you're back, stop with all these releases and concentrate on the only important project on your pile: The Village!

Thanks in advance.

While this does not make it true (since I don't know for sure) you might take note that his sig no longer says Kaldar and Gnome Champ or DR plat events (which he no longer is, which I know to be true)

Heyo!

I haven't forgotten the Gnome Village. I officially inherited it from the previous owner(s) shortly before going on my LoA - which may in fact explain a great deal! It's the Curse of the Village! Argh!

Er...sorry. Had to say that. Anyway...

Work has resumed on the Village. I wish I could tell you more than that, but I'm still in the process of reviewing everything to see what is finished, what needs to be finished, and what needs to be updated for changes that have occurred since the blasted thing was started. Heh. The best I can say is that it's very high on my priority list. I'll do my best to keep folks updated on its progress.

And yes, I removed my titles from my signature. Don't read TOO much into it!

Good to hear from you and good to hear all is in hand still.

Reviewing things from when it started might be hard- wasn't Nixon in power then?

Nah, it's not that old. Pretty sure it was Jimmy in office.

The beast that is the PLAY rewrite is almost tamed. Not quite finished, but to the point where it is almost under control. Once I get that settled down, I'll be focusing on the Village much more intently. I want that thing out every bit as bad as you guys do, if only so I can get all these monsters I've inhereted off my plate and so we start moving forward again rather than be held back by unfinished things from the days of yore. On the other hand, I want to make sure they get done right, too! Argh!

It may be a monstrous tangle, but you have some of the most exciting planned releases, Dart. You are secretly lucky because if you can get any of it done you will be showered in mad lovins forever.

At this point, no. Between the Gnome Village and my official Guild duties, I just don't have the time to devote to books as well. Once the Village is done, things like that will be a much more viable option, unless I can get help before then.

I'd like to offer my congratulations to Dartenian on his much deserved promotion. He has taken up the reins in so many departments now, he's becoming indispensible

How will this leave the poor village project, I wonder?

Still plugging away at that. Hoping to have the hunting area critter(s) finished by the end of this coming week, in fact.

Ooh lovely! I can't wait to hunt in there. I have missed the halfling feet that the traders used to sell. It will be nice to hunt them myself ;)

Just wanted to ask if there was any goat riding in the semi-near future...

We sort of had some in the recent past in Plat. Not so much "riding", per se, as "dragging", though.
