Heya All,

Well, the first meeting seemed to go well. Norim, Rainea, Yamaga, Redfers and myself were in attendance. A good time was had by all. For the time being we have decided upon the FIRST and THIRD Sunday each month - 5:00 p.m. eastern - Gorbesh Fort south of Shard for our meetings. So the 15th of this month is when our next meeting will be held. You are all welcome and encouraged to join us.

This time our group has decided to try and be a bit more formal, so we will attempt to become an Official Order, sanctioned in the Ilithi Province. I am not sure if Orders have a freeze on them currently, I will check into it and report my findings. Whether we achieve sanctioned status or not is beside the point. At the very least we should end up with a well organized group of Gnomes working together toward a common goal/s.

In the past we used 'The Gnomes of Shard' as our name, because for the most part we all lived in Shard. There are many more Gnomes out there now though, living all across Elanthia. While we will be based in Shard, I do not believe it is imperative for us to use our old name. We discussed it at the meeting and thought it might be fun for everyone who wishes to join us to suggest some possible names. In the event that we did become sanctioned, the word ORDER would need to appear in our name, so please keep that in mind when making suggestions. Once we have a decent pool to choose from, we will all vote on the name. It will be a majority group decision.

NOW is the time to join your kin. Given a choice, would you settle for being a part of history, or helping to make it?
