To the person in charge of the Gnome village, can we get tinker's sacks sold in a shop there. I've been looking for a tinker's sack to replace mine that has sloppy embroidery on it, but new gnomes don't turn up alot to discard their tinker sacks in to the cleric guild charity chest. Would be nice if these were sold in a shop somewhere.

If I did think it was one of the coolest of the items that anyone gets at creation, and wasn't saving it for later to wear... I'd pull it out of my vault for you. ;)
Say, it wouldn't be against policy to roll up a gnome just for their tinker's sack would it? I can't really think of any rules we'd break doing that...
Agreed though, tinkering things should definitely be put in the Gnome Villiage. Utility belts, tinker's belts, whatever you wanna call em. Vests full of pouches, hidden compartments, armor with pouches/hooks/rings/clamps/what-have-you-for-holding-things on it (stole that from the gnomish workman's leather from the 2nd Ed AD&D Arms and Equipment guide :p).
Any word for us on how it is coming along Dart? Now that it is of course your #1 priority with P5 out and all. Maybe you could give us another taste of what to expect to make us salivate and lose sleep?

Heyo!
Tinker sacks are indeed a good idea, and I'll see if I can get some added. As to belts, vests and aprons with lots and lots of pockets, I've dumped more than a few of those in the random treasure system, so some should show up from time to time, but I'll try to get some in the village as well.
As far as the village itself is concerned, it's moved forward quite a bit since I got back from my LoA last spring. A bulk of the actual rooms are done -- I have maybe 4-5 more to add, but need to get with the trader team and the justice guru to find out exactly what I need for those. I've also got a few more things I want to add to the various shops just to round out their inventory, and I need to finish up the critters for the hunting area. Most of the tech coding other than justice and critters is done and QC'd, so that's out of the way. A fairly large portion of the area itself has also been through a first round of QC, but everything will need a second passover once it's all done. My goal is to have everything in QC by the end of the year, if not sooner. As things stand now, that's a fairly realistic goal, and barring any unforeseen issues, should be able to make it.

Excellent! Thanks for the update.
Now, I just have to go hunt more and try to find some of the nifty treasure. I don't think that, in all my years, I've ever found anything fancier than a weirdly colored shirt. Well, I did find that nifty rat skull in a box the other day... Poor guy most have gotten locked inside at some point.
Were those in Plat as well as Prime Dart? I've HEARD that the treasure drop rate in Plat seems much lower than normal due to the smaller population. Though, I have found a number of gems and a few cards in trollkin, as well as things like a large turnip, a vest, some snowbeast jerky, a couple other food items, and the rat skull which is hanging on the wall of my mossy shelter down by the river.
Which reminds me, any hints on what gnomish housing will be like? Multiple styles for the various clans?
Oh, and I hope gnomish justice has its own unique style. ;)

These are from the treasure system.
an elegant black velvet rose

The shade of evening's sky, the black velvet rose is framed by emerald spidersilk leaves.
a polished silver monocle
a pair of black silk-lined suspenders with silver clasps

Linen has been lined on both edges to make the straps elegant. Matching the clasps is a silver bar holding them neatly together where they cross on the back.
