SOrry for not reading first.. but would that be Phoenix? Were there more images than these 3 that olvi's dont naturally born with?
my olvi in prime knows web and phoenix.
my olvi in plat knows web,phoenix and bracelet. <can't teach them yet but hopefully will acquire enough cigars to master them.
my olvi in TF doesn't know if anyone gives a fig about smoke images, so only knows the ones <he/she?> was born with.
The character in prime who invented the bracelet image doesn't teach others, and continues to keep it to herself. So only way the rest of us will learn it is if that character either
1. has a change of heart and decides to share with the rest of the olvi
2. walks <in which case a GM might be pestered to let us in on the image as happened with phoenix.

She is working on being able to teach all of them, she is just kinda lazy and would rather eat than walk up to Haven for tobacco.
We haven't been given the chance to learn the new smoke images.

Yeah, that seems kinda odd to me. We've got settlements all around the world, but for the life of me I can't find a darn place to buy soots except in Haven. You'd think there'd be a shop for such wherever we go! Come on, a shopkeeper in Arthe Dale is constantly puffing soots, what's his source!

I'm pitching temper tantrums in Ratha for a shop or halfling to sell tobaccy. I tried holding my breath but I couldn't do it for long and just passed out. So I'm the sugar approach now. I mean for goodness sake! The island is ruled by 9 familes 2 of which are Olvi and Halfling. Can't figure out why one family is refered to as Olvi and the other as Halfling. Any of you know why that might be by chance?
