<Cassidan throws his head back and lets out a high-pitched, vicious roar of pride!>

Cassidan is an olvi....so am I.....WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SQUEAK?!?!

we used ta squeak like a tiny mouse....I dunno when we stopped doin' it or why....BUT I WANT IT BACK!

sorry if I'm behind in the times here....but I dun believe there are any posts about it, and I been gone a long time

If someone can fill me in where the squeak went, and why, I'd be greatful

my next step will be petitioning for the big guys to return the squeaking ability to the Olvi!

the barbarians stole it when they rewrote roar.

terrible aim,awful health;
broken fingers,no real stealth;
leave em dead,stabbed some more;

I agree!!! My lil empath's nickname is Mouse and it's because of her old roar.
I really miss that RP aspect with her very much, she's just not the same!

Can't we have that back? or at least another option for it??

it cant be too horribly hard to code can it? just change it back to the regular sytem for non-barbarian olvi while standing, or even while sitting, we dun need that silly roar-that-makes-us-stand thing anyways

give back da squeak! pease!

And this is the problem of having a RP verb used with a Functional verb. Things can clash, especially during changes from one or the other. <predicted this>

Then let's give the Halflings a SQUEAK verb and give it back to us!

Did everyone lose their halfling squeak or just barbarians? I know that as a ranger, I have never been able to squeak, it always defaulted to the "ranger roar." It would be nice if we had a verb of our own for this though!

originally it was olvi only, then became olvi and gnome only.

however, the Guild "roars" <barb, ranger and bard> always superceded the racial roar - my olvi bard started roaring like a bard, not an olvi, when the bards got theirs.

Now, Everyone "roars". I'd like to see a toggle where you could Choose to either use the Guild or Race "roar", depending upon the circumstances.

definetely should do something about it. give it a toggle, or give us a new verb. Roleplaying our race is one of the most important things to some of us.
