Greetings fellow Olvi,

Once again our lands appear to be on the cusp of war. As always, this jeopardizes our supply of tarts and ale, and threatens to trample our landscaping. While some will wait it out, there are other more adventurous Olvi who wish to contribute to the war efforts.

Commander Paschein of the Zoluren forces gave me these messages to pass on. First, if there is a group that would like to form an Arthe Dale militia, she will put you in touch with Vorclaf to better manage any logistics. Second, we need to keep an eye on the Bay, as Jourok and others may use this as an access point to Zoluren. Third, there is a need to stockpile herbs that might not be as readily available in Crossing.

Although the key to Arthe Dale's survival is often avoiding notice altogether, our village is often a source of discreet healing off the Northern Trade Route. Empaths and the wounded could gather at the Greensward, by the tree and pond. I will work on shoring up our alliances with our neighbors, and will report any war news as I am able.

I've asked Commander Scandi about and she said she'd get me in touch with the prince, so it seems we could talk to her or Paschein about it.
