The syntax is actually:

demeanor (cold|reserved|neutral|friendly|warm|clear) (Human|Dwarf|Elf|Halfling|Gor'Tog|Elothean|S'Kra Mur|Gnome|Kaldar|Prydaen|Rakash)

So.. demeanor reserved rakash

My issue with this verb is twofold. One, it is written with only stormfront in mind. And two, it hides the actual commands that it is actually sending even when you use stormfront.
