I'm trying to figure out if there is an issue with my Rakash character in plat, so I'm curious how often other people are in moonskin?

I literally haven't been in moonskin in the last 2 1/2 months I've played, and I'm trying to find out if I just haven't been around at the right time, or if there's something wrong with my character.

Also what state does Katamba have to be in, specifically, to enter moonskin? I have heard its when Katamba waxes full. Should I be in moonskin given the following observation, or does this mean that Katamba will soon wax full, or that it already has?

You scan the skies for a few moments.
A rather large cloud has covered nearly a third of Katamba.
Waxing still, half of the black moon Katamba looks down from above.
It is fairly distant at this point of orbit, its light hesitant.

Its not a huge deal, but I am just curious if being in moonskin is suppose to be truely as rare as it has been for me. Thanks.

Waxing simply means its on its way to being full. It has no meaning regarding how full the moon is. It can refer to any point from just after a new moon to just before a full moon.

Moonskin happens when its completely full.

Full moons last at most 3 or 4 elanthian days, which is at most 24 rl hours. Its easy to miss if you don't play every day.
