She was directed to the local library by the NPC, only to find that she could not gain entry because she is s'kra mur. <only rakash are admitted to the library building - which my MM <rakash> proceeded to explore.

Now, its fine for it to be restricted. However, the NPC in the village should indicate this in his conversation.
