Paklin,

While you are in the frame of mind for working on spells, could you please look at tweaking GRIZ to be self-cast for the purpose of breaking out of webbing when there's no visible target to cast it at? I posted on this in the Life Magic Feedback folder almost two weeks ago and have yet to even get a response on it.

I know you said you were working on making PLS default to the creature at melee when you <cast>, but I don't think we got official word on if this can happen with GRIZ too. Is this possible? Any ETA on when this might happen? It's hard to use them in in creature combat as they are now.

Also, is it possible to get some more information on what PLS does specifically? I know it's a debuff to defense and offense, but does that mean every offensive and defensive skill or just certain ones? It's a high tier spell and I (and everyone I've asked) have had a lot of trouble noticing the impact it has, but maybe some more information on what it does specifically would help us test it appropriately or use it effectively.

Thanks!

Still working on it.

It should in general lower all offensive and defensive abilities of the target. It's around the same strength level (or should be) as a general cast Malediction from a Cleric.

Beyond that, it's just the wound aggravation.
