Are you guys still working on scouting updates? Would it be possible to listen to gweths while on the trails? I don't mind the no-think restriction as much, but if that can go to, so much the better.

Technically possible, but not likely. Given how trails and gweths work, it'd require an elaborate workaround to get it right. The trail rewrite does not address the issues that make compatibility between these systems troublesome, since those issues are in the core assumptions about how trails function.
