ReplyAs I understand it, a couple of the other guilds allow visas for FTP members to complete quests in other provinces. For rangers, travel to other provinces is needed to complete the beseech quests, but we have no visas to allow this for FTP rangers. Was this intended, and if so, could some consideration be given to changing that to allow such visas? Thanks in advance for the info.

Beseech elanthia to preserve: P3
Beseech elanthia to petrify: P3
Beseech dark to sing: P3 to start quest, travel to P4 during quest
Beseech elanthia to seal: P3
Beseech water to solidify: P3
Beseech wind to refresh: P3 to start quest, travel to P2 during quest, then travel to P4 during quest, then return to P2 during quest
Beseech wind to echo: P3

Hmmm beseeches are free the first 4 and the last one. When you get them you can use BESEECH MINE and you should see them. The rest will probably require visas since most of them require you to go to the shard guild and then back into the crossing area for most of them. A few send you to the islands.
The snipe thing is learned at 40th circle from the langenfirth guild. You will need at least 100 skill in bows, which by then should be no problem.
As far as travel visas for them, I have not heard of anything set up as yet. Its still possible to use simucoins and get visas as well though you can wait till you need to do a bunch of them over 30 days or so.

Responding on this since I hadn't been on the forums in a bit.
It's on my list to do, but my personal time is a lot more limited than it has been in the past. I will try to make it more of a priority over other projects so that people are not continuing to be forced to pay for passports.
I have no ETA at this time but when it's closer, I'll give a heads up.
