can someone tell me what this dose and the requirements for it iv loked and cant find much other than its a scouting skill

Scout read was one of those abilities that should have sort of been awesome, but sort of fizzled before it entered the realm of Ranger Glory.
Sort of like a lot of scouting abilities in my opinion. PTM being so long is a hindrance to use, duration in my opinion should scale higher with more skill, as well as how fast you run a personal trail.
I'm not sure but it was to see other peoples personal trailmarkers in a room or something.
