As quickly as I came, so I must go. I'm back at college now, coaching soccer, and I don't have internet at the coach housing where I'm staying. So, until I get it up and running I have to sign off for now.
I missed DR so much while I was out hiking and thought of it sooooo much. It is true, we all walk away for one reason or another, but for some reason we always want to come back. This time, for me anyways, I wish I didn't have to walk away. But, I don't really feel like giving handouts of 15 dollars a month. True, it would be to support a worthy cause, but that might have to wait till I'm a millionaire someday.
Anyways, to my friends and my enemies, I hope to see you soon. Who knows, I could have internet in a month, or maybe a year. Let's hope for sooner, so I can get my addiction on.

Safe paths, Gimlias. At least you're smarter than me. I was away for a couple of years and still paid for a premie and a regular account. There's really no sense in doing that.

Just curious...after I cancelled my subscription, how long do they keep my character around till they delete him? Cuz I'd pretty much nuke DR if my precious was gone...::wink::

This may be the written policy but it's not put into practice. I just reactivated my account and I had characters listed that have not been even shown on my account for probably 8 years. I doubt Simu ever deletes characters that have any decent amount of play time and really I see no reason that they should.
