Probably. From an RP standpoint it probably should have been reflex first, as Hanryu is very defensive minded. I need to even out my other stats a bit first though. Discipline has suffered most in my 99agility quest.

Dang Han! Can ANYTHING touch you? Wow that's awesome and congrats. Heh I didn't even know we could get to 99 in any stat. Wonder what 99 charisma would get us?

I think 99 charisma also gets you some really good deals during the after-Labor Day sales.

That's probably just another unfounded urbanrealms myth, like the many others I learned the truth of the hard way:
-> Rubbing the old withered carrots boosted damage for jabbing weapons.
-> Caelumia's character gave out plat coins to anyone that tickled her.
-> GM Armifer would bestow RPA's in-game if you sent him a daily "s'up!" email.
-> Licking an edged weapon makes it shiny.
-> If you typed "YELL For the Queen!" before every attack, you got a skill bonus.
-> Leucius' player prefers to be addressed as General Zod in IM's.

Ok that last one turned out to be true.

Charisma also aids in the attack side of all stat-contesting spells, if I am not mistaken, as well as the defensive side of vs-Will and vs-Spirit.
