I popped a box it had "a huge clear diamond" in it. Appped it and it was certain for 68000 doks (forget the last 3 numbers). Also in the same box were 2 gold coins and several silvers.

This is the best box by far I have ever gotten and thanks to Kuniyo for it.

Now here's the deal.... Jalika, and everyone else who likes to liberate things...PLEASE keep your hands outta my gem pouch. I am just waiting to find a nice moonie to clarify it and a nice trader with loads of experience to sell it for me.

Just keep any gems you don't want stolen in a gem pouch open inside your backpack. As long as you leave your pouch inside another container you're safe. Also remember that anytime a gem is clarified there is a chance it will shatter. That being said before the gem changes I found a massive pink sapphire left on the ground in snoblins and after clarifying it was worth alittle over 14 plat. Of course then I sold it a week or so before the changes. <curse>

Pretty sure its completely random. Sometimes clarified a few pouches without a shatter but other times I've shattered 5 gems in a single pouch.
