Just a thanks to you guys for the very thorough explanations of the changes made to the req.'s and such. At first word of this of course i cringed, but your very detailed discriptions, examples and explanations were just the thing I needed to understand. The excitement and amazement of what the future results of these changes will be and what our guild will be does not change, only grows.

Cringed ain't the word that comes to mind in my case when I was informed of the new reqs.
Full-blown freak out? Heart palpitations? Cold sweats? Shock? Yeah, that all sounds about right. The flopping around on the ground spasming wasn't pretty.

My spasm involved madly translating Jent's post into an excel spreadsheet.
Of course, once I saw how the numbers worked out, I stopped freaking!
