Could anyone that knows ...briefly describe what Nightstalker Silk looks like for me please?
Also, what is witchclaw?

Nightstalker/nightweaver/nightreaver silk all looks about the same AFAIK. It's very thick, strong, and lustrous.
I believe witchclaw is a reference to a particular style of design. Angular and pointy. Google should get you more on that.

I would guess it's plain ol' white(ish), like most natural silks.
I usually see it in dark colors, though I think that's just a matter of sartorial taste.

Witchclaw is actually a tree in Elanthia, not necessarily just a style. From P5:
