Hi there. A short while back ago, one of my characters won an alteration. Tiesse informed me that she was sending out emails but I haven't gotten one and neither has Seldi, who also won one. I was wondering what I need to do to get it or if I just need to wait to be contacted or what?

Is that who we send them to. I've a card for Vishlan as well as a voucher for another merchant and I've sent letter's to the events team but never got any feedback.
