This isn't really a plot, so much as a history. on 03/13/2003 08:43 AM CST
I really like being a paladin. I really like my current paladin, Poetus. That being said though, certain real life events have made playing Poetus as I played him impossible, and I don't want to just have him change his demeanor in this horrendously OOC way, so... I'm rolling up a new paladin!
And along with this new paladin, I want to try a storyline I had in my head for a bit. I want to role up my new paladin as the unknown (read: illegitamate) son of some relatively well known and deceased paladin. Upon his Eightenth birthday, the illegitmate son finds out about his true father, and embarks on trying to embrace his new, true identity by becoming a paladin.
Now, I'd like to beg permission from anyone who has a deceased paladin to claim said paladin as my characters father. I'm not asking for the dead guy to be a deadbeat dad, I'm just asking that we write into his history: "And one night he drank too much at a bar, and didn't remember what happened", or "And the pain was so much after the battle, he needed any kind of comfort," or any other sort of input from you guys.
So... any names we want to throw about? Email or im me with any further suggestions as well if it's too long or specific for the boards at my play.net address or on aim sn:seep0et (that's a zero, not an 'O')

>>>Author's addenum: Yeah, I've tried to find some names for a while now, and so I'm going to get fed up really soon and just make on up. I don't want to, really, because I want to build upon the work of others, furthering it.
