He's a little tan, but it was actually a practice piece for me. He'd need to be much paler if it was to portray his accurately. Can't edit the original post, looks like the line art link doesn't work. It's easy enough to find though if you search for "Elric lineart Jay Anacleto".

You should look into using your self-portrait as your forum icon via Gravatar like Isharon has done.

How to use Gravatars (because it may not be immediately obvious to those who have never used them):

2. If you made a new account, activate your account by clicking the link in the registration e-mail.
3. Add your Play.net e-mail address to your Gravatar account. (Every Play.net account has one; mail sent to your Play.net address is forwarded to your account's registered e-mail address. You can get your address by clicking the "Email Author" link next to one of your posts.)

Keith's son played DR for a long time and Keith was a fan. Before he passed away, he gave us permission to use his art for avatars when we were first setting them up.

That is pretty cool. Other than that altered whip I used to have (hint hint), my most prized possession was a letter Keith wrote to me a long time ago. He was such a cool guy, I had written to him care of Dragon Magazine. Him and the other TSR artists are my primary influences, and what got me into art in the first place. I didn't even know if my letter would get to him, but I wrote anyways and asked lots of questions.
At any rate, he took the time to actually respond to me. It was a hand written letter in pen, and it meant a lot to me. Lost it in a move while I was in the military years later. Also was this close to getting one of his original paintings. So wish I could afford one.
