When someone wants to run their fingers through your hair and you're in moonskin you get a terribly nasty response("Plays futilely with your fur" like it's matted, wet, and nasty or somesuch). I have brought this up more than once in the Rakash folder only to receive childish diatribe in reponse, so I'm posting it here..
What I would like is for the verb to mean something to us IG. So that if someone WANTS to run their fingers through my hair they can, without me feeling like I have to explain why Rakash are so nasty in moonskin.
The verb, which currently benefits no one, needs to be changed; do something ...please?

You assume too much(matted/wet/dirty/terribly nasty fur). As was clearly stated there, Rakash fur is short in moonskin. Sure, you can have a full head of hair in human form, but you have a generally THIN COAT in moonskin.
You seem lack understanding on 'futilely'. My humble suggestion is www.websters.com.
_______________
"The goblin's coming this way!" <-- Contraction:good.
"That goblin's eyepatch is fake!" <-- Possession:good.
"Some goblin's are running towards town!" <-- Pluralization: MAKES YOU STUPID
Know the apostrophe.

I also dislike the futile thing and agree that it's just the wrong way to refer to it. You can stroke short hair and fur, and it's definitely not a futile endeavor.
