I wanna complain about not being able to use runestones and scrolls. I see all these nifty spells on scrolls I find but they are completely useless to me. Since magic is changing can we please be able to do this? (I am pretty certain I remember being able to use runestones a really long time ago)

Anyways I know it isn't going to happen but figured I would bring it up again. More interesting than the current string.
