He didn't do it on purpose Galren, remember he just runs a stealing script that steals from everyone that passes through the area.

I'm sure that is an extenuating circumstance which should grant him at least 1 master iron lockpick.

Speaking of that, has something happened to Tuls? He really doesn't act like the Tulmara I remember from years back yet there has been assertions from him (a year or two ago) and others (recently) that it's the same Tulmara as always.
