By the way, there seem to be two typos in Risek's chart.
Under "Weapon 2" it should be 2 2 3 3 4, not 0 2 3 3 4.
And "Lore 2" should be 1 2 3 3 3, not 1 2 2 3 3.
That's the way it was posted and, as far as I can tell, has been working in-game. (Though I can't vouch for the lore, since my lores are all too high for me to tell conclusively.)
If anyone has any questions about exactly how many ranks they need and don't feel like copying and pasting and interpreting a calculator, I have a solid chart on my site, the address is http://markman.crosswinds.net/DR/Req/Thief/ThiefReq.html
Just look for your circle and read down the chart.

Those are not typos. :)
There were a couple different posts on the reqs and a few different versions when they were released. As they were causing some questions, I wanted to set it straight. The reqs that I posted are what is currently live in game.
