Definitely the Shard guildleader, but I was happy to see that Raelem hasn't retired, or if she did, someone coaxed her out. ;-)

Actually, I think the first thing I asked Ilanya when I got hired and came upstairs was, "Hello, nice to meet you finally and what did you do with Raelem??!!" It's been the hardest thing over the last year and a half not to just burst out with she's fine! So I am glad that everyone finally can see her again, in all her glory.
