As a post 100 ability suggestion i suggest that the hire crier hireling be expanded to be able to be hired anywhere.

The crier would cry out to the entire "zone" that the trader is in much like it cries out to the entire city right now
you could include an expanded neighboring zones function to work like the hunting zone cry's now.
A zone could be easily defined by the same zones that other guilds use to determine thier positional map abilities

The crier could be sent out with a task, eg pouches, horses, shopping, whatever

Finally, the crier would provide the entire room name where the trader is in, much like it provides the current room name in the current format.
