I was sitting in my shop like I usually do and was thinking how much more convenient it would be if my caravan of stock could be closer to me. Now I know if I could remember to feed it on time it could stay parked outside the plaza safely while I was awake. But how about a hireling I could place with it that would feed it when it says its hungry or even stable it for me if I had to leave and didn't want to have to take the time to lead it all the way back myself?

I'd like to bring up a suggestion made before and tie it in with this one while expanding on it.

All the trader shops have back rooms. Makes sense as this is where extra stock is kept. What doesn't make sense, is that in order to stock this back room, you have to track through your showroom.

So, here is my suggestion.

Backrooms should have an exit that goes to a loading dock.
Caravan drivers should be able to be told to go to loading dock which will put them outside your backroom exit. While caravans are at this location, they are cared for. Perhaps some stipulations might be added. Perhaps a shop fee per hour or tied in with hirelings.

Now, the suggestion that I'm bringing back up. Undeeding items. If there is a loading dock, perhaps that could help justify backrooms of trader shops being able to undeed items, or perhaps at the loading dock location if not in the backroom itself since there seems to be issues with items being on the floor of the showroom or backroom.
