ReplyUnless I missed something, the whole customized caravan thing was a guildfest only thing. It seems something awesome like that should be permanent.. Or at least I'd like it to be so I can have one! Heh.

Yeah Arnimas originally said he would make a permanent shop to purchase POCs, but with Guildfest and HE both established as annual festivals with the same shops repeated every year, it doesn't seem that all that necessary to create a permanent POC shop
