Can the messaging for PERC AURA be updated to differentiate between having ZERO starlight aura and just a lil' bit?

Currently the bottom message [The smallest hint of starlight flickers within your aura.] is used for both having zero aura (e.g., after INVOKING the tessera) and having just enough juice for a spell or INVOKE.
