They sell yak tenderloin steaks at the supermarket by where I live, I think they had yak hotdogs too.

Also got assortments of ostrich, buffalo, alligator, rabbit, venison, pheasant, I think even a couple animals I never heard of before (no platypus though, I checked).

The article in the newspaper says the owner/chef 's family was yak herders in Tibet before the invasion. So he knows his Yaks. The reviewer said the flavors are similar to Thai , but less spicy (and of course, the yak is optional. )

If we try the yak, looks we'd better keep it a secret from Canten...
