G'day,
Since I hadn't posted much lately, I wanted to pop in and say "Hello" mainly to let you know I hadn't disappeared or anything. In addition to coding, among other things, items for the trader shop, I've been teaching myself photomanipulation using Photoshop. I've put a few of the images I've done thus far in the galleries on my website. You can click the link below my signature to get. Right now the manips are comic book superheroines because, well because I like comic book superheroines <g>.

I have been self teaching myself photoshop, and paintshop pro but have yet to get into manipulation like that. Been attempting to paint hair lately.

That hummingbird one really looks real! Very impressive all around.

Can we have a non-magical version of spellbook cases??
The spellbook cases are uber useful on my empath sister but for Nirveli, I don't need the compartments for all the magical stuff.

Yeah, hair is tough to do. The manipulation I did of Storm I had to paint the hair in. The one tip I have from a good website on this sort of thing is to use a fine brush and to change the color of the hair from time to time. So if painting brown hair, change the tone from dark brown, to light brown, to black, even some blonde or gray. That seemed to have worked decently for me in that particular case, which is the only one I've had to do hair with so far. Well, I did mess with Rogue's hair as well, but that was just reducing the saturation and increasing the brightness in a selection, not painting in strands.
The hummingbird picture was mainly an excercise in patience. I stood about 1.4 meteres (according the range finder on the camera) from the feeder and waited for the hummingbird to come along. That was the best picture out of the 20 or so I took. Didn't have to tweak that one too much, just bring out the red in his breast feathers.
As to what you can have for the shop, you need to talk to Arnimas about that. I'm just helping with the coding at this point.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean here. Are you just wanting a container with several compartments or something else? It'd also be useful to have an idea of what you might be using it for (if you don't mind including that) as I have a change that will be out soon that will solve something that people currently find annoying. I guess we should probably respond in the Suggestions folder so we can keep this thread on target too please :)

I'm not 100% sure what you mean here. Are you just wanting a container with several compartments or something else? Until such a great contract case comes out, just put a bunch of colored boxes in a backpack.
It'd be great if the usage for the multi compartment contract case automatically sorted contracts such then when you type:
>stow contract in case
it would go to the right compartment.
Then, when you get to the destination guild (say it's dirge), type "get contract from case" and out pops the dirge contract. Also some kind of easy way to summarize what contracts are in the case would be wonderful as well.
