If I go to a guild leader right now and ask them about experience is this the scale they will measure me on, so to speak, or will we still be measured on the old one for a bit? Secondly I am confused as to what skills are becoming new skills and how these divisions and combinations of skills are going to work.

Has there been a GM post that clearly states this skill will become this skill? I thought there was, but having taken a 4 yr break and trying to get caught up on old posts has left me very confused. Where will tactics come from? An average of combat and defensive skills? Buying and reading scrolls or books with titles like "Urban rat encounters" or "Engaging Rock Trolls in rural settings"
