Not sure if this is the right post, but I got robbed at the ferry enough that I caught the guy. I almost never get robbed, so I was momentarily at a loss for what to do.

I decided to accuse! Trotted the six rooms to the guard house only to find the docks weren't in town. Oh yeah. I remember that now.

But I don't have to be in town to accuse, I remembered! I went the one block from the guard house to my guild, and accused there.

Not on a route, the feller informs me.
