Think there is such a title that requires more than 99k gold. Tycoon. 99,999 gold. I could get it in another 230 Trading and about 100 Appraisal ranks.

Jokes aside, great idea! Commoner's can get the 99 percenter title.

It's clever and cute, sure, but it's so overtly OOC that I don't see it happening. Tycoon does not reference any specific current event, so I think it's more appropriate.
