So Gauthus goes over to his large spellbook on a nearby stand and teaches me a spell... so I look stand and spellbook... hey I found a stand and our old guild register!

The only thing in the room you can sorta interact with that you can see is: desk, arch, perch, Gauthus, and a window(you can look at it, but not tap, kinda weird)

A pink marble arch connects the office with the foyer of the guildhall, allowing Gauthus to keep a watchful eye on visitors and apprentices alike from his seat behind a bare pine desk. Gazing about with impartial interest, a red-banded hawk moves restlessly on her wooden perch, shifting from foot to foot or ruffling her feathers. High transom windows along the walls provide ventilation and light in what might otherwise be a small, airless room.
You also see Guildmaster Gauthus and a marble perch with a red-banded hawk on it.
Obvious exits: none.
